Pinja’s ICT services are designed to free up resources to allow time for productive and creative work. We keep your daily business running smooth by taking care of your systems and environments.

Pinja’s own Service Desk with more than 20 specialists offers support for main and end users in all Pinja’s services on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Contact via phone, email, chat or the customer portal. Pinja Service Desk specialists also provide training and expert services and complete instructions for users.

We offer 24/7 specialist assistance for round-the-clock services, critical information systems and IT environments. Outside normal service hours, our specialist responds to system and IT environment control alarms in accordance with disturbance management processes (including MiM – Mayor incident Management process).

Information systems and IT environments are administered, monitored and maintained using the best practices and processes (for example, ITIL). We offer the customer a dedicated service manager or maintenance team for cloud management and cost optimization, data security management or access and change management, etc. We always provide high-quality documentation in our services to support the customer’s processes.

Pinja offers customers all necessary IT software and licenses as well as their deployment and training, for example Microsoft 365, G Suite, HCL, F-Secure and Adobe.

We offer our customers workstations, servers, network devices and other IT equipment as one-off purchase or based on rental agreements. For equipment procurement, we use our network of reliable and known suppliers. OEM support is always included in the equipment.

Pinja has state-of-the-art knowhow in all of the three major cloud platforms and the related cloud migrations and cloud management. We can provide our customers with cloud services as part of the other service invoicing.

We offer data center services based on the customer’s use or at a fixed monthly rate depending on the service portfolio or requirements. Our service range includes colocation services, virtual capacities, etc. and we also build dedicated environments and network solutions. 

Our service promise includes skilled experts specialized in advanced data center solutions. Data centers are certified to the ISO 27001 standard and their operation meets the international ANSI/TIA-942 standard for appropriate building and operational reliability of data centers as well as the order of the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority for securing communication networks and services. The availability promise for data center services (SLA) is 99.91%

Our network services cover, inter alia, network design (data center networks, public cloud networks, office and production networks), equipment deliveries, deployment, development and control and management solutions. We also offer centralized Internet solutions, extranet and intranet systems, and services required for remote access (VPN).
